ENBALANCE Bodywork is a specialized practice dedicated to providing relief from chronic pain and improving overall mobility. We use a cutting-edge soft tissue manipulation technique called RAPID Neurofascial Reset to address the root cause of pain and help you regain balance in your body.
RAPID Neurofascial Reset is an advanced, non-invasive technique that focuses on resetting the nervous system and releasing tension in the fascia (connective tissue). Unlike traditional massage, it is performed over clothing and targets specific areas of discomfort to provide fast, effective, and long-lasting relief.
RAPID Neurofascial Reset is effective for a wide range of conditions, including:
Chronic pain (back, neck, shoulder, joint, etc.)
Whiplash and auto injury recovery
Post-surgical rehabilitation
Repetitive strain injuries (e.g., carpal tunnel, tennis elbow)
Headaches and migraines
Limited mobility or stiffness from injury or overuse
While traditional massage focuses on relaxation and general muscle tension relief, RAPID Neurofascial Reset is a results-driven technique that addresses the root cause of pain. It is performed over clothing, targets specific problem areas, and works with the nervous system to provide long-lasting relief and improved function.
You will remain fully clothed and lie on a treatment table.
Your therapist will use precise, hands-on techniques to identify and release tension in your muscles and fascia.
Sessions typically last 60-90 minutes, depending on your needs.
Many clients experience immediate relief and improved mobility after just one session.
The number of sessions varies depending on your specific condition and goals. Some clients experience significant improvement after just one session, while others may need a series of sessions for chronic or long-standing issues. During your initial consultation, we’ll create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your needs.
RAPID Neurofascial Reset is generally not painful. While you may feel some discomfort as tension is released, the technique is designed to be gentle and effective. Most clients describe the sensation as a "good hurt" that leads to immediate relief.
No, you do not need a doctor’s referral to book a session at ENBALANCE Bodywork. However, we are happy to collaborate with your healthcare provider if you’re receiving treatment for a specific condition.
Since RAPID Neurofascial Reset is performed over clothing, we recommend wearing comfortable, flexible clothing (e.g., workout attire) that allows for easy movement. Avoid stiff or restrictive clothing.
Booking a session is easy! You can schedule an appointment online through our website or call us directly at [insert phone number]. We’re here to help you take the first step toward a pain-free life.

Many people ask me my story. It is an interesting one.
After graduating massage school in 2015, I began to look for a job. I was fresh out of school and needed any kind of experience that I could get. The first place that called me was a rehabilitation center. I interviewed and got the position. When I started I realized that something was different here. “This is not a spa” they said. Many people here were personal injury cases, but others had chronic injuries or diagnosed medical conditions. I worked side by side with physical therapists, chiropractors, and acupuncturists. I however was very fresh and only had 2 semesters worth of massage school under my belt. I needed to learn more. I learned about continuing education.
Seminars that are held in hotels usually that are hands on training. I had money saved up and was working other jobs. I began travelling all over the country learning everything I could. I was exhausting my finances and even putting myself into debt, but my clients started seeing results. Eventually I ran out of money and truth be told these jobs that would hire a massage therapist do not even pay a livable wage. I treated my job like a paid internship. I used my last bit of finances to take a class called RAPID.
They were in Florida and were offering their class for a discount to get people interested. I took it and drove home and all I could think about was what I learned. I brought back my new skills to my job and began practicing on the patients there. After a short while the front desk pulled me aside and told me that I was booked 2 months out. People only wanted to see me. They even began cancelling their appointments with the other massage therapists. Soon after the owner whom I am sure felt threatened that I would take all her clients basically asked me to leave.
Then I became stuck. I didn’t know anything about running a business. I knew that the only was that I could make a living was to work for myself. Around the same time I met what would be my business coach. He reached out to help and I plunged into entrepreneurship. I began consulting with a new direction. I learned that after all I was not a massage therapist, but a manual therapist. I am a RAPID Specialist not a jack of all trades. And to make this all happen I would have to become a businessman. The reason why I went to massage school in the first place is to have a position in the medical field. I wanted to make a difference. And I wanted to heIp people.
But I didn’t know it would take me in this direction. I have found purpose. A mission to be the solution to pain and hope for all those who suffer from it. ENBALANCE Bodywork will be a household name someday.
Posted on Michelle TedderTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I’ve seen Derick twice now for SI joint-related back pain, and the results have been amazing. After each session, I’ve felt noticeable relief and improved mobility. His approach is thoughtful, effective, and incredibly restorative. The work is done over clothing, and the technique he uses helped my body release tension in a way I didn't even know was possible. I left each session feeling aligned, lighter, and more stable. What really stood out is that this isn't just a quick fix. Derick gave me tools to help maintain the results and reduce the chance of future flare-ups. I feel hopeful and more in control of my health than I have in a long time. If you’re struggling with back pain or looking for a better way to heal, I highly recommend working with Derick. I’m grateful for the care and expertise he brings, and I’m looking forward to keeping the progress going.Posted on Joni AbsherTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I have had constant chronic pain for years. I have tried multiple massage therapists and chiropractors. Doctors have not been able to figure out why I experience the pain I do on the left side of my body, though it seemed to be some kind of postpartum effect. When I went to see Derrick, it was the first time that someone was able to give me any kind of true relief. It seems like he has an understanding That is so specific to the body. His work is quick. He is incredibly kind and I actually rarely see him now because he has managed to help my pain, not only in the short term, but the long-term as well. I could not recommend him enough.Posted on Kelly JewettTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I deal with a great deal of pain on a daily basis in my neck and my lower back due to 2 car accidents I was in 10 years ago. I have a Degenerative L5 S1 disc in my back and 4 herniated discs in my neck. I have literally tried everything and nothing takes my pain away. I’ve been going to Derek for a good while and he always manages to get me out of pain even at my worst. I was just dealing with level 12 pain for weeks and couldn’t take it anymore so I went to him 2 times this week and my pain is completely GONE! I highly recommend him!Posted on Baxter McCoyTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I’ve been dealing with cartilage issues in my knee, and after a massage with Derrick, I felt real relief. He focused on the surrounding muscles and helped reduce the tension and discomfort. Definitely felt a difference afterward.Posted on Dave LucarelliTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Derrick and team are amazing. My pain was gone after 2 sessions when I couldn't find relief anywhere else.Posted on Evan ScottTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I can’t say enough great things about Derrick. I had Right Shoulder pain, numbness, and as one could imagine, limited range of motion for at least a year from a weight lifting mishap (stupidity). I explained my symptoms to Derrick and he got to work right away with his Magic hands. He explained everything he was doing during the treatment, which was awesome to hear along the way. After the treatment, I was able to lift my hand above my head without any pain, or assistance needed from my other arm. My wife was dumbfounded and also relieved that she doesn’t have to hear me complain anymore lol. I can’t thank Derrick enough for helping my Frozen Shoulder. It may sound funny but it’s just amazing to me to able to grab a coffee cup from the cupboard without wincing in pain. As a first responder my body requires a lot out of it at any given moment while on shift. I know that if I succumb to any other injuries that I’ll def. be back to consult with Derrick. Thank you SO much Derrick.
